How to profoundly change the beliefs of the polytheists during the age of revelation from the denial of the Prophet (pbuh) to the certainty of his Message and the acceptance of his full guardianship is a question worthy of attention. The order of verses about prophecy based on the order of revelation is the reason to lead a transformative PROCESS and a special Quranic method in institutionalizing the belief of prophecy in the lives of Arabs. In the first stage, the Holy Quran in the first Makkī (Arabic: المکّیّ, suras revealed in Mecca) chapters has prepared the community from the motivational side to accept the truth of the Prophet’s (pbuh) prophecy and briefly stating the key issues surrounding it. The Holy Book of Quran at the time of the emergence of oppositions and doubts (the second stage) destroyed the arguments of the polytheists and explained the prophecy and proved its authenticity from a cognitive perspective in the second stage by presenting clear arguments. and the Holy Book of Quran in the third stage after Madanī (Arabic: المدنیّ, suras revealed in Medina) period has undertaken measures in order to fulfill the goals of the Massage by explaining the true position of the Prophet (pbuh) to deepen and operationalize the Prophetic belief through explaining practical duties for the Prophet (pbuh) and behavior based on the acceptance of Walaya (Arabic: ولایة, meaning “guardianship” or “governance”).

The government has not succeeded in governing the common pool resources. As a result, some groups are searching for their answers in privatization management and others believe in participatory management. This research compares the COMMUNICATIVE approaches of stakeholders regarding the groundwater sustainability in Rafsenjan plain. The research methodology was grounded theory (GT). Participants were chosen through snowball sampling and theoretical saturation to maximize variation sampling. Focus group discussions were conductedamong a total of 115 people in ten stakeholders’ groups. Each sub-group consisted of 10 to 15 members. The researchers learned about two different approaches among water stakeholders. Those groups being interested in COMMUNICATIVE action have seen the reasons for the water instability as "lack of civil society in water law regulation", "water-based employment policies". They insisted on strategies like "participation", "fairness" and "accountability"for a way out. In contrast, the other group found the reasons for the water instability in "energy subsidy", "farmers' lack of technical awareness" and " vague water rules" and their proposal is the "water's market" and "extension". These two different approaches derive from two different perceptions’ "participatory" and "rational strategy". As a result, they had a different attitude toward groundwater management and sustainability.

In this article using Derrida's ideas and emphasizing his disagreement about supremacy of speech over writing, we are going to deduct some principles and methods for improving verbal COMMUNICATIVE PROCESS in education. At first, it seems that establishing a logical link between Derrida's ideas and verbal COMMUNICATIVE PROCESS is impossible. However, the hidden effect of them on each other can solve a lot of COMMUNICATIVE problems. So, we analyzed different educational levels according to the importance of writing and speaking in each of them. According to this research, we believe that we can apply simple style of writing at primary school level and more complicated dimensions of writing at upper educational levels. For primary school level, we recommend the use of symbols and pictures, and for guidance school and high school levels, we could use students' writing capabilities and special opportunities that writing provides for students such as more possibility for thinking, being multidimensional, and having capacity for interpretation and deconstruction of written texts.

Politics has been articulated differently within twentieth century political thought currents as followed: as a super-structure versus economic infrastructure or a minimal concern which merely should serve individual interests or a kind of domination, deception and repression. But, a narration by Habermas about politics is based on COMMUNICATIVE rationality. His thought generally refers to the critique on liberation and liberating action. Therefore, it is in the context of such a general attitude which his philosophy confronts and contradicts with the most important twentieth century thinking currents. By reconstructing the ideas of Weber, Marx and Frankfurt school in front of the comprehensive instrumental rationality, he puts forward the ideas of COMMUNICATIVE rationality and lays down the rational and philosophical bases for politics.

This paper regarding to the roles and functions that Roman jacobson deems necessary for each of verbally COMMUNICATIVE elements, investigates eloquent silence and its functions in Shams lyrics as an absent meaningful element that remains a trace of it.The question of this research is the kind and function of those six types of silence in contrast to speech and its purpose is to find those techniques that Maulavi uses as silence to effect on receivers in order to express appoint by avoiding of saying that to have a successful relationship.Studies indicated that silence in maulavi's speech has different methods and functions and has a major role to activate audiences.
